Arriving at Steam Complex
Steam Complex has a discreet entrance leading into a quiet reception area.
If it’s your first visit, simply let the team know. Staff are friendly, professional, and happy to help.
There’s no rush and no pressure — you can take things at your own pace from the moment you walk in.
Check-In
Pay for your entry at reception, then you’ll receive:
A fresh towel
A locker key with a wrist or ankle band
Staff are always happy to answer questions if it’s your first time.
Dress Code
Towels are the standard attire inside the venue.
You’re also welcome to wear shorts or underwear if you prefer.
